I honestly cannot say enough good things about Phara Lacombe and Gabby!
I came to Phara after my original lender that I had been working with dropped a bomb on me last minute-told me I would need a co-signer and that I would not be able to close on my home until October with his lender. I was buying a house out of state, already in the middle of a huge move and life transition, and I truly thought my original closing date was gone.
Phara was the only other lender I called and thank goodness I called her.
From the very first frantic call, she jumped into action. Instead of telling me what couldn’t be done, she immediately started figuring out what could be done. She worked incredibly fast, stayed positive, communicated with me daily throughout the process, and went above and beyond to find a way to make this loan work.
And somehow, SHE did it!! I closed on my original closing date.
I am still genuinely mind-blown by what she and her team accomplished in such a short amount of time. What felt impossible with my first lender, Phara found a way to make happen. She could have easily looked at my situation and said there wasn’t enough time or that it couldn’t be done but she didn’t.
Buying a home is stressful enough, and buying one from another state while relocating made it even more overwhelming. Having someone in my corner who was knowledgeable, responsive, encouraging, and willing to work that hard for me made all the difference.
I am now sitting in the home that I honestly don’t think I would have right now if it weren’t for Phara and Gabby.
